Short Commentary for the basis of a research proposal for HCV epitope identfication and creation of pure protien vaccine: Abstract: The concepts in this article came from research done on the internet and will suggest the possibility that the amino acid residues identified in the article that are in domain 1 of Hypervarible region one and domains two and three of Hypervarible region 2 contain the epitopes of the E2 glycoprotein that binds to the protiens CD81 and SR-B1 as well as explaining the relationship between occuldin and CD81. It will also explain why the first domain of the E2 glycoprotein binds to SR-B1. This article will also explain the use of disulphide bridges in E2 that devide each area of its amino acid complexes that coinside with the pairing of CD81 and occuldin. That though this article suggest that these are the eptopes of E2 in HCV needed for the creation of a recombinate vaccine no experimental data has been collected thus no true methodology presented in this research because of the lack of availability to a laboratory. Thus this essay is a research proposal for testing That if the concepts derived from the research are right and tested after this article is published, the article may help virologist studing Hepatititis type C to develop a recombinate vaccine for the disease after the concepts in the article are tested with the correct proceedures to thus not only serve as a base for a recombinate vaccine but also provide the proper methodology to identify these amino acid residues so that a complete essay on how to prevent HCV infection. Backround: The information for tis article was collected, researched and contemplated over the last year and half in a atempt to find enough information from journals published on the interent from various publishers to aid in the search to find a possible cure for Hepatitis type C. While there was no availability to a lab to test out the hypothsis presented in the article there was still the hope that there was still enough publications on Hepatitis to at least serve as template for further research to be done on the concepts presented in the article to lead to a possible cure for Hepatitis Type C. I had been studying Ebola EBOV for a while before I was introduced to the concept that HCV had some similarities to Ebola EBOV by just a brief conversation on face book with a gnetleman who studied at the university of Babylon in Iraq which wishes to remain nameless at this time for protection of his profile on face book. This gentleman also suggested while a writing a essay for my research may not be possible that publishing a short commentary on the subject may be a good idea. This research for me had been difficult because I do not have the proper education to do this type of research and no resources or funding that most scientist have to reach a conclusion to their study or any results. In matter of fact I just jumped feet first into this research to see if I could do it. I will suggest in this article that the information presented will help researchers find a cure for Hepatitis type C and thus also present the basis for a new way of isolating amino acid complexes in a protien. That there are plans to write a article on this concept at a later time as well as find possible funding for the proper research to be done on this concepts as well as possibly find funding for oresearch I have been doing on Ebola as well as other disease in which I am currently researching on the internet and possibly--with the help of others, tested in a laboratory as well.
