Zika:
Reasearch proposal for idetification of the amino acids in the prM and E-protien fusion

Abstract:

This research propsal on Zika virus atempts to bring evidence that the prM region of the
Zika virus before maturation is the th positivly charged patch, which is a side chain of
either lysine or histidine, and is also stated as akey point for experimentation and
mapping to create nuetralization of binding of zika virus to its host cells.  That the
lysine side chain produces lysyl Oxidase 6 protien or that three histidine amino acids
create the same protien or sets of prymidine rings in the prM that during maturation is
cleaved by furin and thus exposes what made the side chain that created the prM. thus
giving access to the fusion loop of the E-protien of Zika virus in which the adult virion
will bind to the host cell and thus effect that cell.  The experiment presented here will
exam or create a assy to determine the contents of the prM to suggest what the amino acid
structure of the fusion loop is so that these results can be used by recombinate DNA
technology to make a pure protien vaccine.

Backround:

Zika and HCV are horrible disease that are of major concern this year with the rise of
herion use in our nation and the possible outbreak of Zika virus that effect the
pregnacies of pregnat women thus bringing concerns of a epidimic as the the Olmipic games
are being held in Rio Digeniro this summer--the place were Zika virus is prevelant the
most.  It is my intent to help in the search for a vaccine for both if not play a mojor
role in its development but first we have to start with proper experimentation to see if
it can be done then if it can the product has to go though several clinic trails in which
may take a while so we need to get started now.  These two propsals are draft essays but
are detailed enough even though not edited to start the process and need to be expressed
now.  The other factor for my wanting to help in the fight against these two disease as
well as other projects I work on in a variety of sciences is to possibly get of SSI and
have a fincial future at something that can make a sugnifficant differance in other
peoples lives.
