OMICS Group Conferences
| Welcome Message |
| Dear Colleagues & Friends, |
On behalf of the Organizing Committee and as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical and Cellular Immunology it is my distinct honor and privilege to welcome all of the participants to Immunology Summit-2013. The Organizing Committee of Immunology Summit-2013 has worked closely with the OMICS Group Conference organizers to bring together researchers from the United States and countries world-wide to discuss in open forum significant recent research advances in Immunology.
To accomplish this goal, we developed 15 separate tracks for this meeting which cover the relevant topics in basic molecular and cellular immunology as well as clinical immunology. These include the broad areas of cytokine and inflammation research, autoimmunity and the major disease states, cancer, infection and immunodeficiency syndromes, as well as reproductive immunology, transplantation, and allergy.
There will also be scientific sessions on the emergence of recent advances in the areas of immunomodulation and immunotherapy, vaccine development, biomarkers and neuroimmunology. Finally, a scientific session was organized to consider the ethical ramifications of immunological studies in non-human experimental systems as well as translational research. As befits the title of this conference, Immunology-Summit, we trust that the sharing of information between the conferees will be at the highest ethical level keeping in mind that much of what you will see and hear about in the following 3 days is often unpublished data. Finally, the Organizing Committee solicits your feedback to ensure that this conference and our plan to organize Immunology-Summit in 2014 are at the highest possible scientific level. Thank you and once again welcome to Immunology Summit-2013.
